than St. Valentine’s? May, at least in the Czech Republic definitely 
Cherry trees 
are in bloom, people kiss under them and wish themselves, never-ending love! This is long connected with the “poet of love” – Karel Hynek Mácha, author of the epic poem Máj (May).
